Violent Extremist Organizations (VEOs) have high exploitative capacity and rely on un-attended grievances, youthful exuberance and fake news and propaganda to radicalize and recruit young people. RISE-Ghana’s PEACE in Schools project under the NOPREVSEC programme implemented by Coginta Ghana and funded by the European Union in Ghana held radio programs with Bolga Girls and Sandema Senior High Schools to promote preventive diplomacy and prevent violent extremism.
